Managed Services is the banner under which RS Recycling delivers its solutions for waste management, secure destruction and compliance. It is a useful tool that allows the aforementioned disciplines to be separated to remove confusion and ambiguity when discussing the various aspects of a project.

For example, legal compliance with the destruction standards for a classified hard drive does not ensure compliance with waste management or WEEE1 regulations. The same is also true in reverse. 

By dealing with the compliance factors for waste management and security separately, the issues can be better understood and subsequently better managed. This is inevitably safer and allows for the best environmental outcome for the waste without compromising security. In short, never assume sending something for recycling will ensure its destruction.
